Bit O Jane, Bit O Honey - it's all relative with this Tempe based
quartet. Their self titled release is as sweet as a debut can be, but considering that
they've already opened for such hot acts as The Dave Mathews Band and the Wallflowers,
this isn't your typical local band. The band combines solid pop songwriting, intense live
shows and a love for the music that they play. Plus they've got that whole
alternapop-country twang thing going on. Backed by acoustic guitar, mandolin and
harmonica, lead vocalist Andy Langlois gives his band quite a bit o promise.
For a good time call: Little Grey Town, Lullaby or Night Train. A-
