The Puddle Jumpers - Seattle WA

Another "Insider Report".  I had the chance to meet the Puddle Jumpers on my last trip to Seattle, and although I'm given a large array of CD's to listen to weekly, their CD's have been added to my collection of music that I listen to when I want to listen to music.  I wrote a CD review on them about a month ago, and have really become a fan of theirs over the past month.

"My Old Friend Jack" is an outstanding example of how the Puddle Jumpers have been able to cross the music genre barriers with a great song that caters to country, pop, rock and folk.

Quite honestly, I think that the Puddle Jumpers have a mass appeal to a mass audience, very powerful lyrics, and excellent musicianship with a very unique Celtic/folk/rock sound.  They are HotBand's pick as the next "Big Deal" coming out of Seattle.  It's been great getting to know them on a personal level as well, and I'd love to see them get down through Houston on tour sometime.
