From the music capital of the world, Austin Texas band Pushmonkey has released thier second full length CD entitled El Bitche

Pushmonkey has already had considerable notability, with tracks from their first self-titled CD featured on MTV's 'BIOrythm,' WWF's 'Sunday Night Heat,' UPN's 'Arnold Schwarzenegger's Rock-N-Roll Bodybuilding Competition,' and Fox Sports' 'Board Wild', live performances on ABC/ESPN's 'X in Concert,' ESPN's 'Extreme Sports,' and on numerous local TV shows in tour markets; appearance on Fox's 'Melrose Place', and major festivals like Woodstock and Ozzfest.

Formed in 1999, Pushmonkey was one of the very first bands to list thier band on HotBands.com, and has recently updated their information and mailed us a copy of thier latest creation.

El Bitche is like a Nitrous Oxide injector in a high performance engine. An exploding opening with Chemical Skin (I highly recommend listening to this track with headphones) lays the ground for an aural assault of crunching guitars and lyrics. If I could describe a visual, it would be a collision of Rage Against the Machine and Limp Bizkit. The track 'Myself' has already had considerable radio play, and fan response looks like Pushmonkey's latest release will pave the way for a busy tour season in 2002.
